Significant updates to page 3.
From playtesting: It's more interesting to skip the CALENDAR EVENT on the last round, so players can't blow their entire FUNDRAISING or IDEALISM pools without risking a last-second DISASTER. Also took the opportunity to clarify how the game ends.
