v 1.0.3 - further update

This is an update to the recent v 1.0.3 from earlier this week.

Summery of changes:

* .webm movie cutscenes replaced with .png images.

* Luna background simplified to one .png image.

* Ending text messages originally were .png images, replaced with textbox messages.

* Menu GUI buttons are made larger to hopefully be easier to tap on.
