WuffBits Patch 1.01

Updated the WuffBits to fix an error reported on some systems where the unsheath button would not trigger the unsheath animation. That is now streamlined to be more reliable.

I have also added a setting for toggling "Touch Arousal" which is whether finger touches add to arousal, grabbing, jerking or penetrations will still add arousal. 

If you downloaded the previous package use the 1.01 patch package to update. Let me know if you run into any issues or have ideas for functionality to add!
