I make a mistake for which mod to use the interactive controls of the Chevrolet Bison. It is NOT the simple IC mod but instead the Interactive Control mod by Vertex Design. You can download it from the official Farming Simulator ModHub. A link has been updated as well.
The interactive parts of the mod should work as intended with the correct mod.
