Search bar and favorites! (Patch 0.14)

This patch introduces the search bar and comes with many bug fixes!

You need to head to settings and click on "Reset data" for the new patch to take effect if you're upgrading from a previous version

New stuff:

• Settings menu
• Search bar
• Ability to favorite contacts when searching for them, the favorited ones will show up first!
• Automatic camera pan to contact when clicking on a name in the search bar

Fixed bugs:

• Some links used to not disappear when you would delete a contact that had many links
