Quality of Life Improvements

I went ahead and added a few things I felt the game needed even though it exceeded the game jam window.
- Added a title screen so you weren't immediately attacked by the... foxes(?). In the files I have them marked down as wolves, but lack of time lead to that idea not being fully realized.
- Pushed the enemy that started on screen further back so you wouldn't immediately be punished if you were not ready for it.
- Added a High Score that keeps track of the points from your best run. I didn't think I would ever need it, but I had someone sit down and play the game much longer than I ever expected and figured it might be an interesting feature to have.
- Added a retry and exit the game feature. Things that probably should have been in there to begin with, but I didn't think anyone would want to play it more than once.
