Well...
I can finally get to heavily coding the game soon so I just wanna share a small little devlog to show I have things just about ready on my end.
A GitHub repo for the project is now available to allow for version control and collaborative editing!

Did a bit of digging on Python as well as the Ren'py Documentation (https://www.renpy.org/doc/html/quickstart.html) and it turns out things are extremely simpler than I thought(lmao). I never really used Python much mainly because it's rarely used in this specific field of programming, but I know get what all the hype is about because it's extraordinarily simple. Ren'py also did a lot of heavy lifting to make using the visual novel aspects even SIMPLER somehow...what...I might have my job easy this time...
The setup script is nothing much, just the three variables needed for emotions(Rage, Laziness, and Paranoia) and some laying out for me to work with later. As well as some placeholder graphics just there to make sure things are working.
I had something I was gonna say here
but I forgor 💀
Point is I think I got the headstart I needed, I'm ready to get started after this week.
