v0.3.1 - More Room Info!

Hi there!
This update brings more info about each room, like weapon damage & cd or shield generator load rate.

Changelog:

• Feature: Display room specific info in it's GUI details
• Change: Add new model for kinetic weapon 
• Change: Update info about 3rd & 4th weapon in help panel 
• Bug Fix: Resolve problem with GUI not un-highlighting after room selection
• Bug Fix: Prevent weapon from moving during active pause
