Paper Tanks Update 1 is out!

This update features major level changes, balancing, bug fixes, and quality of life improvements. Let's see them in more detail!

• Updated almost every level to make them more distinct and visually appealing.
• Removed level 16 and added a new level 23. Old levels 17-23 are now 16-22.
• Changed Player tank sprite to make it easier to tell which way is the front.
• Reduced White tank fire rate and made its tread marks easier to see.
• Added two more lives, bringing the starting amount to 12.
• Improved enemy tanks turning logic.
• Fixed glitchy tank collisions in certain cases.
• Fix Aqua tank not playing sound when shooting.
