Hello readers, Keyko here and I'm bringing you the last Night 3 with some few additional features I promised you guys a few months back.
I was waiting for the whole cycle to end to announce a temporary break to rest and look back on what we've made.
1) Day 1/Day 2 Adjustments
I want to work on fixing the story I wrote years ago when I first started. I evolved a lot, the story changed around me and it deserves my attention now. I'm going to remove filler, make the story flow faster and add more relevant conversations that lead to a better castle experience.
2) Low funds
We're not doing so good financially. Art, music, CGs, everything's super expensive and I can't afford it all. If things keep going bad I'll have to cut on CGs since those are the most expensive ones. Music can always be recycled but pictures are one and done. I have prepared CGs for Blake and Ryan D4 already, but at the current pace I might have to give CGs only to the most popular routes.
3) MCastle plot
This one's straightforward. I want to make a good story, that means I'm going to focus on writing more plot first. So far I've been writing based on my feelings, heart and a tiny bit of luck. I'm a very chaotic writer and to keep up a good level of quality I need to sit down and think about the whole picture because I mostly hold big pieces, but I have yet to connect them together.
4) MCastle official guide
You guys asked me about optimal choices so I will deliver that too. I will write an official guide of the game on Discord. I think it's the best place for me to keep updating as the game keeps growing. I will post it in a couple of weeks, after giving enough time for Liam N3.
5) Third feedback session
Now that all Night 3s have been released I'm planning another feedback session to gather up more thoughts and ideas. This will go live in three weeks or so? Again---- planning to have you guys read Liam N3 first and then give opinions.
6) Itch.io page rework
I hate how bland this page looks. I hired help to give this page something more. I'm unsure of when, but it's in the works.
