Android version for 0.3.15 is now available!

Good evening Citizens!

Alright, so the Android version of Scarlet Law 0.3.15 should be good to go. If you encounter any problems please leave a comment. You should be able to just run the game by downloading the APK file.

In the future, this may become a common  theme. The Android version takes more time to build, especially now that I have to compress everything even more.
