Dynamic Actors is a fairly small - and free - extension plugin that makes it easier to work with Dynamic Characters and/or Dynamic Pictures at the same time when setting up rules that reflect Actors’ appearance.
I added a few additional options when using this plugin together with Dynamic Pictures: It’s possible to take initialised¹ Actors outside the party into account here, and rules can be more easily restricted to specific maps.
If you have both plugins, you can also apply Dynamic Pictures’s less specific actor-testing to the Dynamic Characters rules added by Dynamic Actors, which lets you work with Actors who sometimes appear as Events (or even Vehicles) much more easily.
¹ Actors become initialised when they are first used by the game, for example when a command referencing them is executed.
