Updates:

• Change the type of the version variable in the application arguments from float to string to support Semantic Versioning (1.0.0)
• Change the type of the forceUpdate variable in the web JSON from bool to string to refer to the minimum usable version
• Add connection timeout to avoid infinite loading loops
