Wuxin Trainee v0.31 UpdateLog

We update the version of Wuxin Trainee to 0.31.

Here's the updatelog.

1. Add a volume slider in open show. As I thought the open show music is a little bit loud.

2. Fixed the Description of "Open the Chest"  from  "Draw 5 cards" to "Draw 3 cards", the num what is it actually draw.

 3. Add black outline for title in start panel.

4. Fix the sound volume and music volume initial logic. Now it can remember your last setting rightly.
