v0.4.2 gem turnination fix

The following changes have been made in v0.4.2:

• Gem rotation refactored to a simpler and more robust version. This should prevent random flippage, as well as paves the way to planned features to be implemented in the future.
• Bumped up version to v0.4 per the new versioning scheme - even minor version mean "stable", ie. bug fixes and minor changes, and odd minor version means "unstable", where new bigger features are implemented. 

Planned for v0.5 - better account handling and settings menu, audio controls.
