Loop Tags are the things that let some game engines like RPG Maker MV know when to loop a song. This is great for songs or sounds with an intro you only want to play once then loop the rest of the audio.
When I made this tool I didn't know that!
It was not easy but in the next version of this tool loop tags will be supported and also supported in RPG Maker MV with a plugin I made.
The next biggest change will be the ability to convert files to its own file type and change output destination
