Unity 2021.1 and Later Users

Note for Unity 2021.1 and later: In Unity 2021.1 they added 2 new fields to the Replace Color node in ShaderGraph (Range and Fuzziness). If you use this or a higher level version, you may have to change the Range value to get the shader working. I recommend a value of 0.1, as that is working for me right now.
