Just some behind-the-scenes tweaks. Oh, and you can control the speed of the simulation now!
Changelog:

Made learner actors target actors that know something they don't
instead of those with any knowledge.
Made average actors have no hat.
Made the randomness more random.
Added measures to keep actors within around 100 game units
of each other.
Let you control the speed of the Simulation.
