Minor additons and fixes
- Added defered loading of large textures
- Fixed a bug where the final campaign cutsceene didnt show
- Added different backgrounds for the campaign conversations
- Lowered initial memory usage
- Improved the TextInput control, to more clearly be a textbox (with an i-beam)
