Hi guys,
First of all, I’d like to describe how I plan to release the game, and I wanted to be transparent about it as early as possible.
There will always be a free demo available on itch.io, which acts as a sort of work in progress build. It will receive recent updates in terms of gameplay and graphics.
For instance, if I change the way a car handles, or the design of track for instance(given that the track is part of the demo), it will be updated in the demo.
On the other hand, I may release a paid version that will contain additional content, namely cars and tracks.
1. New cars
For this update, I added 2 more cars, which bring the total us to 3:
2. New control scheme
You are going to need an Xbox One controller to play.
Compared to the last update, the biggest change I made this time was mapping the panels to RT and LT instead of RB and LB. Since RT and LT are analog, they allow for a wider range of input intensity while RB and LB being digital don’t. Why this change? With analog inputs, the player can choose the braking intensity, and thus have more control over the car.
I also removed the braking button. Braking is now only done with the panels.

3. New track
I designed a new track, with new assets for the fences and walls.
4. Updated free build on Itch.io
So, demo n°2 is out now and features:
- New control scheme
- New track
Please share feedback regarding gameplay, the graphics, the track design, etc.
