Small corrections and tweaks

- Reduced the movement range of most units to give the game more time to play out.
- Resolved a bug that meant the Expansion action could never be performed.
- Updated the vertical alignment of the cannon and also applied the 'face camera' effect.
- Added cannonball projectile, fired by the cannon, obviously.
- Adjusted vertical alignment of the goblin settler.
- Resolved a bug that could cause the camera to get stuck when focusing on a tile on the outer edge of the map.
- Resolved a couple of volume levelling issues.
I'm still working away on figuring out balancing for unit values and looking to add in some random events soon.
