Combos, tweaks & Google Play playtest

I've been sporadically working on Super Stack House over the last few months, mostly to get it prepared for Google Play. However, I've also added some new features and tweaked the gameplay to be smoother (see the changelog below). The new version is also available right now on itch.io.

Changelog:

• New feature - combo. You get extra score when merging a stack of 3 or more blocks;
• Added the ability to mute the game (press M);
• Adjusted how fast the game speed increases. Now the game gets to an interested speed sooner, but the amount of time and blocks to reach the highest speed remains the same;
• Slightly increased player speed.
