v1.0.1 & v1.0.2: Hotfixes!

Bootleg Soldier Azure: ASTRAL RAVE has been updated to v1.0.2!

These past two updates addresses multiple issues found in the initial release.

v1.0.2 changes:

• Fixed being able to get multiple combo bonuses from the same combo
• Fixed being able to move out of bounds (among other bugs) after gaining a bomb after restarting a run

v1.0.1 changes:

• Fixed music not playing after continuing
• Fixed speaker nameplate being too short for longer names
