Backend update (2.1.0)

ℹ️ Major backend update to support future updates down the line and improve the current state of the asset.

🎨 Asset Changes 

- Updated the save setup to not use binary formatter, instead using JSON  
- Updated the structure of the leaderboard data to allow a unique identifier for each entry. 
- Updated settings and asset structure to match the latest personal standards.
- Added porting tools to allow users to port data for players from the 2.0.x version to the 2.1.x version.
- Added webgl save support.
- Provided full offline docs instead of a limited version.
