[ v0.97 ] A Little of Everything 4

Primarily a bunch of bugfixes, stuff that should’ve already been in the game, and the few bits of new stuff I managed to get in.
One of the new things is the ability to load custom characters offline! An automatic process of creating the folder setup for a character is provided, however, it’s not perfect. Do NOT report any bugs with the automatic downloads as they are a limitation of the engine. If its too troublesome, manually download the images from your JSONs.
There’s a couple of surprises in this version, so I’d recommended trying the build out before checking the notes!

BOARD
Changes:
Added an extra chance time and Item Shop
Cannon transition time decreased
- E.Gadd’s Garage: Price for Calamity Cannon event decreased (10 coins each > 5 coins each)
- Engine Room: Swapping the doors is now free
- When targeting, CPUs now only account for Bonus Stars on Brutal difficulty
Fixes:
- CPUs no longer uses Bowser Phones on teammates
- Clockwork Castle: Fixed NPCs not removing hexes on spaces they get moved to
ITEM
Changes:
Refund: (15 > 10)
Plant Hex: (15 > 10)
Mr Blizzard Hex: (15 > 10)
Zap Hex: (10 > 5)

- Coin Charity: Coin loss changed to 60% of victim’s coins instead of specific thresold
Fixes:
- Fixed double dipping two of the same item (i.e +5/+10 Cards) not activating both
- Fixed Mega Hammer not taking away item use from victim
- Fixed Poison Shroom and Plus Die not stacking properly
MINIGAME
Changes:
- Only players in the minigame can back out of a practice round now
- Big Top Drop:
Added spotlights to distinguish teams
Bottom players can now bump into each other and jump
- Flippin’ Out: Flipping and catching no longer restrict movement
- Picture Match: Range for grabbing pieces increased
- Bill Bounce: Platform layout changed
- Recipe Recall: There are now 4 ingredients instead of 3
- Think Ahead: Each stretch of marbles now has 2-3 coins
- Bomb Tag: Side platforms removed
Fixes:
- Trace Race: Fixed bug where CPUs would stay stuck under certain conditions when playing on lower difficulties
- Darts of Doom: Fixed target range sprite not disappearing when player doesn’t use all darts
- Fixed bug where colliding players would clip into each other if a specific player was out
- Fixed ability to make inputs while paused with the keyboard
- Fixed bug where minigame would sometimes save time attack record if a CPU got it
ETC
- Custom Characters: Fixed bug that prevented characters from having a number at the beginning of their name
- CSS: Fixed inability to select certain CPUs if extra controllers were added and playercount was set to 1
- CSS: Fixed P1 deselecting everyone’s character when backing out of the difficulty setting
- CSS: Players can now deselect their character whenever P1 is configuring handicaps, diffculty, etc
- Fixed bug where fullscreen would get unset when reloading a turn if ‘Start in Fullscreen’ is off
- Fixed settings changed on pause menu resetting when reloading a turn
