Added a prototype for an upcoming RUNE-based thing!

Hi there!

I added in a prototype for Valiant Horizon Tactics to this as a demo! Taking influence from RUNE and an unreleased game by Aaron Joliffe, I made something that intends to expand on that format and tie it in with my own Valiant Horizon. It’s got rules and a quick little region. Give it a try and let me know what you think! (Ideally via email or discord rather than comments.) A more expanded version with a bigger region will come out soon as a separate project, but I figured you all might want to see what I’m cooking on that front.
