Added Chapter 4

After all this time, I finally finished. The animations and most of the boss fight is clearly unfinished, but it's close enough and the deadline is fifteen minutes away at the time of me writing this. I've tested the game for the past 45 minutes and it looks like it's all fully playable, which is more than I could say for some of my previous jam games around the time of submission.

This turned out... well it turned out. I'm not particularly proud of this game, but it was fun.
