Fixed some bugs and game breaking things.
- Fixed game breaking at high level, now the cost to level up should always be higher than the gain per click
- Fixed managers suffering from the same problem as above
- Fixed Reset button displaying Rest
- Managers GUI is no longer hidden until you unlock it, it now display level required
- Slightly changed main animation
- Prevent animation to be drawn on the interface ( interface can still be hide/show with the h key )
