small quality of life update
-updated title screen
-pause menu added
-alt+tab now toggles fullscreen
-fixed a bug with coins being collected multiple times
-added a smooth camera
-fixed bugs with ui elements
-changed enemy to little spider guy (if it blends in with the background tell me)
-updated the secret area
