lowered enemy encounter rate in exploration dungeons from 30% to 20% pre-initial milestone and drastically to 8% post milestone
ex. first dungeon after 5 encounters at 20% chance, chance is lowered to 8%.
normalized boss difficultly/nerf max enemy bonus
Fixes to morale skills:
reroll- Formerly reroll would sometime have a worse outcome. Now reroll rolls each dice twice and takes the higher dice.
loadeddice: Upgraded from a minimum of 2+, 3+ on crit to 3+,4+ on crit
menu tool tips have been updated to reflect changes
