Work in progress toward v1.2, new crafting mode and text improvements

Works on the v1.2 started, here is what is on table:

• New Craft Mode - Continuous: No A + B, no formulas, just the items and you. Start to pick items, up to X times (X will be defined by the Crafting rules), if you end up doing a valid combination you get the item, if not you fail
• Text improvements: With the knowledge coming from other plugins, there will be improvements in text size and alignment of the crafting messages
• Better error management: So far I didn't get complains on bug, but still better create a more informative error system in case of troubles!
