Inedible Text Hotfix
- parcel text should be a little easier to consume
- large chunk of tech debt was resolved
- parcel label art and text boundaries tweaked to look less like a programmer slapped it together
- reduced any addresses/addressees over 18 characters to prevent text wrapping off of parcel
- new stamp art added to purchased stamp packs
- additional stamp packs do not have art from the starter stamp pack
- adjusted spawn rate of gilded stamps in additional stamp pack
- purchased stamp packs and their stamps will stick around overnight till used
- dealt with bug where package could drop onto desk when in the shipping menu
