Princess Millicent v1.2.1 is out with voiced prologue!

This is the second post-jam patch for Princess Millicent. The most prominent feature is the addition for voice acting for the prologue, recorded by our providential voice actress Rachel Schumacher!

The patch also adds an extra sprite at the end of chapter 2, and adds a few preferences. In particular, you can enable Rollback on Touch to go back in the story by touching the left side of the screen (a feature that used to be default in Renpy but was later disabled and hidden to avoid causing hindrance, but I still find it useful so I restored it).

What about v1.2.0, you’ll ask me? Well, it was never released, I just forgot little things in it so I decided to just add them and directly release v1.2.1 instead.

• Story: Chapter 2: show Knight sprite just at the end
• Voice: integrate Prologue voices (default music is now 0.9 to make voice stand out)
• UI: restore old Rollback on Touch preference for mobile only, and only allow Touch Left Side
• UI: add preference to choose game menu to open when pausing the game: Save (default) or Preferences
• Engine: upgrade to Ren’Py 8.2.1
