Alpha 12's main feature is succubi, plus a lot of fixes/adjustments/minor things.

+ Added succubi
-> Succubi can be present at the start of a round or summoned via a contract at a cost
-> Succubi can stealthily influence the dreams of sleeping or knocked out characters
-> Succubi can mark sleeping or knocked out characters with a succubus mark (which is not stealthy). This costs twenty-five power
-> The presence of a succubus will empower a mark; without succubi present the mark will weaken
-> The mark will eventually make a visitor seek to sexually relieve themselves. Doing so will weaken the mark, but a present succubus can more directly interact with them
-> If they finish while the mark is at strength twenty-four or higher, they will become a succubus; otherwise the mark will be reset
-> Visitors can remove marks and cure succubi with a newly added knowledge, which they will seek if a bonded character has become a succubus or if they believe there are succubi around to seek out
-> Curing a succubus/mark does not always work - the attempted cure may mark the curer, and succubi will be banished elsewhere in the manor on a failure
+ Fixed characters trying to remove alraune seeds without the knowledge to do so
+ Changed how body swaps are handled to be more maintainable; may have bugs as a side effect
+ Fixed maid replace goals not cancelling when the targeted clothing is picked up
+ Characters searching for other characters should now make use of information told to them
+ Hopefully fixed crash sometimes occurring when maids are losing their memories
+ Fixed a lot of tf cure animations not showing
+ Various orders have been converted to have submenus and use different code to setup - let me know if there are issues
+ Changed item creation to have a submenu with item options
+ Visitors will now ask multiple characters about the location of other characters at once
+ The knowledge a visitor has is now listed when viewing them
+ Several concerns that can't have their value affected with magic are no longer displayed when reducing/increasing concerns
+ Hopefully stopped chatting characters informing characters about themselves
+ Stopped maids with the distract idle mode set from trying to distract unconscious characters
+ Added a few extra useless knowledge books
+ Maids now default to cleaning at the start of a round
+ Reduced the rate at which the diffuser and radio annoy characters
+ Reduced the rate at which extra maids increase the maids concern, and capped it at five per turn. It also no longer applies when maids have varied appearances (i.e. keep trainee appearance and non-identical maids)
+ Hopefully fixed a case where a visitor could end up showing two actions due to how the 'ask about maid job' action was being set
+ Fixed maid concern increasing due to multiple maids when the observing visitor is unconscious
+ The sleep concern of a character is now reduced while sleeping, instead of being set to zero immediately
+ Aware characters that become tired enough will now barricade themselves in and go to sleep
+ Added flee/fight mode for maids
+ Fixed some issues with visitors following other visitors that would cause them to pop in and out of their current room instead of staying put helping their leader
+ Added a short period in which characters body swapped into alraunes or succubi will try to get help from others
+ Fixed a bug preventing trainees from asking unaware characters for help
+ Possible side effects - hidden characters can engage in dialog now, but should only be the initiators (and should end up revealed if they do so)
+ Visitors now notice the infirmary when inside it when not looking for it
+ Visitors now have a chance to notice the infirmary from outside
+ Visitors now initially don't know where the library is, but may notice it while wandering. They need to find it to research or idly read
+ Visitors following visitors following visitors (and further) should now also escape when the leader of the follow chain escapes
+ Fixed the corruption deal chance % not reflecting the actual success chance (didn't subtract other factors (mysteries concern) or reflect the baseline chance)
+ Added an alternate backing image for hidden characters
