Mixup Factory v0.5: the update powered by bees

i regret to inform you that Beeserker is now forklift certified. much like its comic-mate Scootsie, it is 5/5 difficult. bees spawn as the bonus items on the board, and they CANNOT wrap around the board. they work like the locks in CROSSNIQ+, but the only way to clear them from your board is to match an entire line of bees, just like any other bonus item in Mixup Factory. don't worry, bee payout caps at 2 bees. no, it is not a nier reference - 3 bees is simply unpleasant to navigate around.

Mixup Factory v0.5 patch notes:

• added Beeserker as a playable character
• added the Beeserker: The Videogame! soundtrack to forklift radio
• added a few forklift palettes
• permablind is available as an optional challenge in the controls menu
• HTML5 and windowed version default to 960x540 (2x). 480x270 (1x) and 1440x810 (3x) are also available windowed resolutions in the PC version
• updated some now-inaccurate UI text
