Update 60.3 - New main menu

• Main menu: Popular, new & updated games show in top right.
• Main menu: Title moved to the top left side.
• Main menu: Menu moved to the left side.
• Many abilities now has "...minion without <ability>" option.
• CCG Master: Eldritch Cleric typo fixed.
• Removed: On Play: Requires sacrifice.
• Fix issue with move ability.
• Fix issue with old "Discard a" ability.
• Fix non-deck cards being selectable when creating deck.
• Fix font size 28 not being selectable at start.
• Fix font size 30 not visible at start.
• Fix issue where tooltip would not disappear.

The new main menu makes it easy to see the community games and start a game. I'm not completely happy with it, but it is much better than the old one.
