Gold Update

Hi fellows!

We've fixed some minor problems and added new improvements: 

• We have disabled the use of the mouse while playing.
• We've removed the daily reward. Intergalactic Mining Guild has run out of budget :P
• We've improved the explanation about how Roger's power should be used. 
• Minor fixes on some translations (Italian and French).
• We've added a way to use the game on Windowed mode (only works in Windows).
