What is this project?

These last days, I got involved a lot in Final fantasy, specially the old ones (NES, SNES, and PS1), and Dark souls history remembered me of the adventures the old games proposed to us;  Some people, bearing a special gift but still humans, adventure into a quest to fulfill a profecy that people believe will exterminate Darkness and bring Light and Life to everyone and everything, making the world a place of peace. Only to this profecy to be concluded, but later or sooner, Darkness rises again, and heroes have to be born again, from ashes or light.

I told you both of these games weren't so different! Now, what is Dark Souls Demake? (DSD for short if you want)

This is a fangame that wants to bring you and more friends to the world of Dark souls, but in a different perspective, the project started with a joke and was only meant to be developed in RPG MAKER MZ, and that's the version I launched here to the public.

The new version is being developed in Game Maker and should cover the entire Undead Asylum, Fight with the Asylum Demon and Travel by Crow.

This is my first time creating Pixel art and coding, so expect a rough start for this project, but as I'm not creating in the intention of completing every single nook and cranny of the game, I think I'll be able to create some at least acceptable sprites.
