Bugfix Update (Ver. 1.0.2)

This is a generally recommended update.

Fixed:

• A bug that prevented tag exclusions (“but not tags:” parameter) from working.
• Argument descriptions of Change Picture Tags command (MZ).
• Some typo fixes and fixes to JSDoc type annotations.

Revisions:

• Some code cleanup for issues found while making Dynamic Characters.
• Slight changes to plugin parameter help text and error messages.
• Added some JSDoc type definitions.
