Project T
A downloadable game for Windows

Date: 2. 3. 2024

Activity:

- Downloaded and installed the latest version of Unity Hub

- Installed Unity Editor (version 2023.3.9) through Unity Hub

- Created a new project with the 2D template using 2D Game platformer kit

- Experimented with the Unity environment by playing and drawing within the scene

Notes: Returning to Unity after some time felt familiar yet refreshing. The installation process on macOS required a few additional steps compared to Windows, such as adjusting security and privacy settings to allow the app to run, but it wasn't a significant hurdle. Unity's interface remains user-friendly, which helped in quickly getting back into the groove. Even though I've used Unity before, diving back in revealed new features and improvements that have been added since my last use. The initial setup went smoothly without any major complications, confirming Unity's reputation for being accessible to both beginners and those with prior experience. After setting up, I spent time experimenting in the Unity environment, playing with object placement, and trying out the drawing tools.
