Crimson Hydrangea - Devlog - Version 1.5

Hello everyone! Thank you all so much for your interest and support for Crimson Hydrangea!

Even though I’ve been hard at work developing Day 2 in my spare time, I’ve also been reading to all of your feedback and suggestions on how to improve Day 1 and taking them to heart. I appreciate you taking the time to let me know your thoughts and feedback and I’ve gone ahead and addressed most of your concerns in version 1.5! Most of them are cosmetic so don't expect any new content in this update. ( I'm saving that for Day 2! )

Game improvements and Updates for Version 1.5

• Updated the GUI so that there is more contrast between the text and text box making it easier to read.
• Fixed a few typos and grammatical mistakes that slipped through the cracks during the first update.
• Adjusted the content warnings splash screen so it stays on screen longer and you can click out of it when you’re done.
• Did some minor color correction on Garret's Sprites.
• Updated the Exterior Bakery Background to look a bit nicer.
• Updated the Credits page to fade on after the demo ends.
• Adjusted the music and added a few sound effects for the end of Day 1 to really add to the overall atmosphere. (I'm not the best at sound mixing, but hopefully it's working a little better now!)

My final little announcement is that I’m submitting Crimson Hydrangea to two upcoming Yandere Game Jams! This’ll be my first time submitting to any game jam, so I’m not entirely sure what to expect, but I’l excited to see what people think of this slightly new and improved Day 1 of Crimson Hydrangea. I'll probably post about it on my other socials so keep an eye out for that whenever it happens!
