Improvements and tweaks

I am making a few tweaks thanks to the feedback received (thanks guys!) from now on, stuff that you can interact with will show an exclamation mark on top of it when you are in "interaction range" (other than doors and people, because you can interact with all of them). Also some minor tweaks, fixes and quality of life updates here and there.
