Version 4

New version with a few small tweaks.

• Added a button to open menu/options with an [ESC] hotkey
• Changed the "I WILL SCRAN AGAIN" text to "RETURN TO TITLE" on the rating screen
• The text in the corner of rounds 1 and 2 now show how far through the round the player is
• Added a version number to the title screen
• Round 2 no longer "matchmakes" scrans with less than 0.1% difference
