fixed some very small issues with the enemies that happened to cause some serious issues with the webGL version of the game.
The Shorks H_flip and passive animation and the Urchins attack animation were being set on every physics frame, causing issues specifically in the webGL version. These issues did not come up in the EXE and godot versions for some reason.
I meant to post this last night, but it somehow got saved as a draft. Just noticed now sorry.
