Final Release

This is, alas, the last release for Rum 'n' Gun.

Changelog:

• Disabled Analytics and FPS Tracking (you can now enjoy the game on lower-end computers without the annoying flashing alert, if that's your thing)
• Removed the Feedback Menu
• Added Course-related logos
