Occasionally, during your visit to Graphical Limbo, you may encounter the Hat Man! Look out!
I wanted to make something like the character in LSD Dream Emulator that chases the player around. Im really happy with how the HatMan works. Rather than being a random chance of appearing, or having it be an event that's set in stone, he just has a low chance of appearing randomly, I think this makes the game more interesting, while still being unpredictable, what do you think?
Also added a bunch more interesting folks!
