Version 2.8.16 Patch Notes
- Fixed an (in my opinion) meta-breaking bug where performing a move the frame after wakeup would essentially armor any possible meaty hits.
- Many moves have been changed so that you can’t hit additional limb hitboxes with projectiles.
- Changed how countering projectiles worked, it will now freeze the opponent in place properly (just like how countering any normal hit works)
- Flame Changes
- Made Air EX more disjointed (was intended from the start, I just made a mistake and only caught it now)
- Sky Changes
- You can now hit Snow Clone with normal hits
- This does enable Sky to hide behind their snow clone slightly better, as some moves such as 5G will not hit more than one target and will prioritize the closest target
- 5 frames more endlag
- Projectiles that collide with EX won’t immediately win unless they hit at least twice
