New powers, fixed ubications update!

As I said a few days ago, I will start updating the dungeons that I have created, I hope you like the new content, this update includes a new power and a little more difficulty for the boss!, I also fixed the boss's teleport more or less, almost entirely (must be an elitemobs problem)
