Welcome to 'Scorpions'

Please see my first project posted to itch.io, Where Scorpions Fear to Tread. Many narratives such as this is the catharsis of a broken heart and like many, it took off on it’s own transcendence going unexpected but exciting places.

Kia ora, I’m Bice, one of a team who teaches Twine and digital  fiction as part of a Creative Writing paper at the University of Otago, Aotearoa-New Zealand. Bice Grace Lapin is the creative entity of Carolijn Guytonbeck.

I am grateful for all the writers and thinkers from who I have drawn my inspiration. It has been a joy pulling interconnecting threads and weaving them into a new narration.

itch.io tells me I should write a devlog because I made an update. I simply took 'adult' out of the tags and noted in the description that my story was for a mature audience. 'Adult' seemed to have the connotations of pornographic which this is not.
