Map Editor Update

We have a map editor now, maps can be saved and loaded to and from the new map editor. 

The editor is very basic all levels that come with the game were made in it though. More features to come.

Looking forward to what people can make.

Also added persistent settings and a pause menu.

Lastly looking for a better name, open for suggestions.
